Job summary

NOCD is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists to join our nationwide telehealth network. You will deliver evidence-based ERP and CBT via our video platform, while collaborating with a dedicated support team including marketing, billing, credentialing, and scheduling.

We provide specialized OCD training, ongoing mentorship, and access to the NOCD EHR and clinical protocols. Remote work from a private location is supported with a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed, full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.
• Master’s degree required in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• At least 6 months of experience with evidence-based therapies (ERP, CBT, ACT) preferred.
• California: licensed roles listed (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule; maintain timely clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultation, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with network of psychiatrists and therapists to support treatment decisions.
