Job summary

NOCD, a leading telehealth provider for OCD, is seeking independently licensed therapists in North Dakota to join our network. You will deliver evidence-based therapy via the NOCD video platform and collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to support member care.

You will manage your caseload, complete timely documentation, and participate in ongoing clinical training and mentorship. Remote work is supported, with scheduling commitments and cross-license onboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license to practice in your state.
• Masters Degree required.
• North Dakota licensed professionals (psychologist, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW).
• ERP/CBT/ACT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Complete timely clinical documentation using NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultations and trainings.
• Collaborate with network of providers to guide treatment decisions.
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week.
• Attend training programs by OCD industry leaders.
• Attend weekly group clinical consultations.
• Maintain 10 hours of weeknight/weekend availability for sessions.
• Open to treating children and adolescents after NOCD training.
• Engage in on-boarding cross-license applications as needed.
