Job summary

NOCD is seeking independently licensed therapists (LP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Texas to join our telehealth team. You’ll diagnose, assess, and provide evidence-based psychotherapy for OCD via the NOCD platform, while managing a clinical caseload and maintaining thorough documentation.

The role supports remote work with a flexible schedule and a robust training program. Candidates should hold a Masters degree and TX license, have ERP/CBT/ACT experience, and be able to work 25 hours of direct clinical

Qualifications

• Masters degree in relevant mental health field and TX licensure.
• Experience with ERP, CBT, and related evidence-based therapies.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in Texas (LP/LPC/LCSW/LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality OCD treatment via NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and scheduling with timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical consultations and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with TX providers to support treatment decisions.
• Attend training programs and 2 hours weekly group consultations.
• Maintain 10 hours of weeknight/weekend availability for sessions.
