Job summary

NOCD is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP) in South Dakota to join our telehealth network. This full-time, remote role focuses on delivering evidence-based ERP and CBT therapy to OCD patients via NOCD's video platform.

You will participate in training, clinical consultations, and ongoing professional development while maintaining thorough documentation in the NOCD EHR, and collaborating with a nationwide provider network to support member care.

Qualifications

• Licensed in SD with full, unrestricted license in good standing.
• Experience with ERP/CBT for OCD preferred; post-licensure experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy via NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and maintain timely clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultations and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with a network of providers to inform treatment decisions.
• Deliver high-quality care while maintaining member confidentiality and data integrity.
