Job summary

NOCD is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LPC, LMFT, LICSW) in District of Columbia to join our national network. You will provide ERP-based therapy for OCD via NOCD video platform, manage a caseload, and maintain documentation in NOCD EHR.

We offer world-class training, ongoing consultation, and collaboration with psychiatrists and therapists to guide treatment decisions, with remote work supported from a private location.

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.
• District of Columbia: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
• Masters Degree Required
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (ERP, CBT, ACT)
• Must have confidential, private location to work remotely with reliable internet
• Comfortable using technology to communicate

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with network of providers to reinforce treatment decisions
