Job summary

JLL is seeking an Occupancy Planner to join the Occupancy Planning and Management team. You will track, analyse, and update space data and use this information to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our client’s portfolio in a designated region.

You’ll build critical relationships across facilities management and other units, ensure accurate data, and prepare monthly reports. Strong Excel and floorplan skills are essential for successful client presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in occupancy or space planning is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of occupancy utilization and modern office design trends.
• Experience in corporate real estate or facilities function is desirable.
• Able to communicate complex ideas clearly to clients.

Responsibilities
