Job summary

JLL is hiring an Occupancy Planner in Austin, TX. You will track and analyze space data across client portfolios, delivering occupancy solutions and supporting hybrid workplace strategies.

You will liaise with business units, stakeholders and facilities teams, turning data into actionable insights, and contributing to planning initiatives that optimize office design. You will use CAFM and BI tools, create client-facing presentations, and manage space data updates while collaborating across

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in occupancy planning, space management, interior office planning, or related facilities function
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments and workplace strategy concepts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and interpret floor plans
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships across units and manage liaison roles for collaboration
• Execute monthly reporting, data audits, utilization tracking, space layout updates
• Support occupancy planning tasks with analytical thinking and proactive solutions
• Develop presentations consolidating data and floor plans for stakeholders
• Interpret floor plans using CAFM and BI tools to deliver occupancy solutions
