The role combines analytical rigor with a deep understanding of occupancy planning to inform strategic decisions.

You will manage end-to-end data processes, produce reports on space utilization and forecast headcount, and collaborate with CRE, finance, and operations to ensure accuracy and actionable

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data modeling and automation.
• Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong communication of findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRE, workplace strategy, occupancy planning or facility management.
• Familiarity with occupancy planning and space utilization concepts.
• Project management experience and ability to standardize processes.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Smartsheet/SharePoint and data platforms such as QuickSight.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Analysis: collect, validate, and analyze occupancy and headcount data.
• Data Reporting: deliver reports on occupancy metrics and seat demand, forecast inventory.
• Headcount Forecast Validation: manage end-to-end validation process and governance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align data across CRE, finance, strategy, and facilities.
• Strategic Planning Support: provide analytical foundation and recommend data-backed decisions.
• Subject Matter Expertise: develop expertise in the client’s workplace data environment.
