What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers
- Answer questions and build rapport with customers while handling objections
- Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial service appointments
- Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service, while identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and increase engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- At least 2 years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experience
- Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems while communicating with customers on the phone

- Highly proficient math skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
