What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers
- Answer questions regarding pest control services and build rapport with customers
- Close sales via telephone and schedule initial service appointments
- Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Use gamification methods to measure performance and increase engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Minimum of 2 years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experience
- Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day and navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Must pass background and drug screening
