What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment and verification of internet speed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with various software applications
