Job summary

Ensono seeks an Expert Automation & Observability Engineer to lead the enterprise observability, APM, and telemetry ecosystems. You will design scalable architectures across hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, and legacy environments, advancing SRE practices and FOAK deployments for maximum service reliability.

You will mentor teams, define standards for telemetry pipelines, and drive Observability-as-Code through automation with Ansible, Terraform, Python, and GitOps. Remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with leadership in observability or SRE roles.
• Experience migrating legacy monitoring to automated observability platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern a unified observability framework across metrics, logs, traces and events.
• Lead FOAK implementations and secure, repeatable patterns.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and incident governance.
• Automate deployment and self-healing workflows for monitoring.
