Job summary

Ensono seeks an Expert Observability Engineer to lead enterprise observability, SRE, and telemetry initiatives across multi-cloud and Kubernetes environments. You will design scalable architectures, drive FOAK implementations, and codify observability patterns with a focus on reliability and security.

You will mentor teams, manage incident response, and partner with ITSM, DevOps, and cloud platforms to reduce MTTR and optimize telemetry pipelines. Remote-friendly role in the US.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of total IT experience with 5–7 years as Lead Architect/SRE/Observability Engineer in large enterprises.
• Proven track record migrating to proactive, automated observability platforms.
• Hands-on experience building scalable telemetry pipelines and time-series DBs.
• Experience leading FOAK rollouts and complex vendor transitions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern a unified observability framework across metrics, logs, traces, and events.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and lead major incident response with RCA.
• Drive Observability-as-Code and automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and GitOps.
• Design Kubernetes-native observability for multi-cloud environments with secure pipelines.
• Lead KT programs and mentor cross-functional teams for 24x7 operations.
