Job summary

Ensono is hiring a Senior Automation & Observability Engineer for a remote role in the United States. You will design and maintain enterprise monitoring, observability, and telemetry platforms, collaborating with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, and Service Delivery teams to ensure high availability and performance.

Responsibilities include onboarding FOAK services, configuring ELT pipelines, building dashboards, and implementing automation with learning and RCA-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Grafana, IBM Instana, SolarWinds, Telegraf, Prometheus, and InfluxDB for monitoring and telemetry.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and Grafana Alloy; strong knowledge of APM monitoring and alerting concepts.
• Proven ability to implement and operate observability frameworks, SLO/SLA monitoring, incident management, and RCA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
• Develop dashboards and alerts using Grafana and related tools.
• Support FOAK services, ELT integrations, and 24x7 operational monitoring.
• Automate tasks and workflows using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or VBScript.
