Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Automation & Observability Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise monitoring, telemetry, and automation across Linux/Windows, on-prem and cloud environments. You will build dashboards with Grafana, Instana, Prometheus, Telegraf, and InfluxDB, drive SLO/SLA health, and lead RCA and incident response in a 24x7 setting.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in Monitoring, Observability, Infrastructure Operations, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, Instana, SolarWinds, Telegraf, Prometheus, and InfluxDB.
• Experience supporting VMware, Citrix, middleware, enterprise applications, and cloud monitoring platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, RCA, incident management, and operational support skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
• Develop dashboards and alerts using Grafana and related tools.
• Monitor Linux/Windows servers, VMware, middleware, and IoT services.
• Automate tasks and integrate monitoring platforms with IaC and automation scripts.
• Support FOAK onboarding, ELT integrations, and telemetry pipelines.
• Coordinate incident resolution across cross-functional teams.
