Job summary

The Coding Network (TCN) seeks an OBGYN coder to perform coding for a broad client base across the country. The coder will access operation reports via a remote connection to a client's EMR and return the coded cases. Hours can range from a 15-40 hour/week commitment.

Applicants must have 3+ years in OBGYN coding, hold an active CPC/RHIA/RHIT certification, reside in the United States, and pass TCN’s OBGYN Coding Exam.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of OBGYN-specific coding experience.
• Active coding certification (CPC, RHIA, RHIT).
• US resident; able to take and pass TCN’s OBGYN Coding Exam.

Responsibilities

• Code OBGYN cases from operation reports for multiple clients remotely.
• Access client EMR via a remote connection and return coded cases.
