Job summary

The Coding Network (TCN) is seeking an experienced OBGYN coder to perform remote coding for multiple clients nationwide. You will access operation reports via secure EMR connections and return accurately coded cases for billing and analytics.

Project-based contract with flexible hours ranging from 15 to 40 hours per week. Applicants must possess an active OBGYN coding certification and agree to TCN’s coding exam.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of OBGYN-specific coding.
• Active coding certification (CPC, RHIA, RHIT).
• Live and work in the United States of America.
• Take and pass TCN’s OBGYN Coding Exam.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Coding Network (TCN) is looking to contract with an OBGYN coder to perform the OBGYN coding for a number of clients throughout the country. The coder will access the operation reports via a remote connection to a client's EMR and return the coded cases. Hours can range from a 15-40 hour/week commitment.
