The Coding Network (TCN) seeks an experienced OBGYN coder to perform coding for multiple clients nationwide. You will access operation reports remotely through a client EMR and return coded cases.

Hours vary from 15 to 40 per week. The role is contract-based, remote, and requires current credentials and passing TCN's coding exam.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of OBGYN-specific coding experience.
• Active coding certification (CPC, RHIA, or RHIT).
• Lives in the United States and can work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Code OBGYN cases from operation reports accessed via remote EMR connections.
• Return coded cases to clients in a timely manner.

Job description

The Coding Network (TCN) is looking to contract with an OBGYN coder to perform the OBGYN coding for a number of clients throughout the country. The coder will access the operation reports via a remote connection to a client's EMR and return the coded cases. Hours can range from a 15-40 hour/week commitment.

All applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of OBGYN Specific Coding
• Have an active coding certification (CPC, RHIA, RHIT)
• Live and work in the United States of America
• Take and pass TCN’s OBGYN Coding Exam
