Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; RN or LVN license required.
• 2–3 years of related experience; 0–1 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support to Medical Management clinical staff and operations.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, DMHC, DHCS, and NCQA standards.
• Conduct performance improvement plans and staff coaching.
• Escalate complex clinical issues and guide policy adherence.
