Job summary

You will coach staff, conduct audits, and develop education plans, with a focus on policy guidance and escalation of complex issues. The role offers mostly remote work with monthly travel to the California HQ and a strong focus on quality care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN or LVN license required.
• 2–3 years of related experience; leadership experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to Medical Management clinical staff.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Conduct performance assessments and develop improvement plans.
• Coach staff and provide education; enforce corrective actions as needed.
