Job summary

Float Health is seeking a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing visits for patients, interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients while maintaining strong relationships throughout the care lifecycle.

You will leverage Float Health’s technology to schedule visits, respond to tickets, and communicate scheduling details via phone, email, and text with empathy and precision.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health tech and partner platforms.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift with timely resolution.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift.
• Schedule 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy.
