Job summary

Float Health in the United States is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing visits, interface with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, and ensure timely, accurate scheduling of recurring care.

You will handle high volumes of tickets, calls, and visits per shift, work cross-functionally to improve workflows, and help scale our home-visit program while delivering excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management.
• Customer service and communication skills - clear, empathetic.
• Independent and team-oriented in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools.
• Focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Healthcare experience or familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health tech and third-party platforms.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift with timely resolutions.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy.
• Communicate scheduling details by phone, email, and text.
• Ensure documentation for scheduled visits is collected and uploaded.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve workflows.
• Proactively propose process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Cultivate relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
