Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals about gene therapy for Hemophilia B. The role covers the East Coast region and requires close collaboration with field teams to ensure seamless patient support throughout the treatment journey.

The ideal candidate has a BSN with 3–5 years in hemophilia-related settings, strong communication and empathy, and willingness to travel up to 50% including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• BSN required with nursing licensure.
• 3–5 years in a hemophilia treatment center or patient-related healthcare setting.
• Educating patients, families, healthcare professionals, and community groups.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy.
• Willingness to travel ~50% including evenings/weekends.
• Bi-lingual a plus; bleeding disorders experience preferred.
• Experience with patient advocate responsibilities; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional education and services education to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Define best practices for patient engagement regionally.
• Partner with regional and internal teams to identify and address barriers to access.
• Serve as liaison between patients, treatment centers, and CSL Behring patient support.
• Advise patients throughout their gene therapy journey and respond to inquiries.
• Provide in-depth education on gene therapy and escalate medical inquiries when needed.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients on CSL hemophilia products and available support services.
• Collaborate with field teams to improve patient access and disease-state awareness.
