Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to provide comprehensive education and personalized support on gene therapy for the Hemophilia B community. You will educate patients, HCPs, and advocacy groups across a regional field-based team, guiding candidates through the gene therapy journey.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy, with travel across the East Coast as needed to support patient access and education.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and nursing licensure.
• 3–5 years experience in a hemophilia treatment center or patient-related organization.
• Experience educating patients, families, healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups about rare diseases.
• Exceptional interpersonal, professional communication, problem-solving, and empathy.
• Willingness to travel ~50% including evenings/weekends for advocacy events.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional efforts to educate patients, families, healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups about CSL Behring patient support offerings.
• Define best practices for patient engagement across the region.
• Collaborate with regional and internal teams to address barriers to patient access.
• Serve as liaison between patients, treatment centers, and CSL Behring patient support teams.
• Act as a familiar point of contact for patients throughout their gene therapy journey.
• Respond to inquiries and provide transparent information about gene therapy.
