CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to provide comprehensive, personalized guidance on gene therapy for the hemophilia B community. You will educate patients, HCPs, and advocates, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless patient support throughout treatment.

You will serve as a trusted contact, respond to inquiries, and escalate medical questions to appropriate teams while documenting interactions in CRM systems per policy. Remote role covering the East Coast territory.

Qualificações

• BSN required and current license.
• 3–5 years in a hemophilia treatment center or related health care setting.
• Experience educating patients, families, healthcare professionals, and community groups.
• Ability to translate complex medical information for patients.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel ~50% for advocacy events.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional efforts to educate patients, families, and clinicians about steps before treatment and CSL Behring patient support offerings.
• Define best practices for patient engagement in the region.
• Collaborate with field teams to address patient access barriers.
• Serve as a familiar contact during the gene therapy journey.
• Document interactions in CRM systems per policy and compliance guidelines.
• Educate patients on CSL Behring products and services via calls and meetings.
• Act as subject matter expert for CSL Behring programs for patients with bleeding disorders.
