Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to educate patients and healthcare professionals about gene therapy for Hemophilia B. This role guides potential candidates, supports access, and coordinates with field teams to ensure comprehensive patient education and journey support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 3–5 years experience in a hemophilia treatment center, patient-related org, or healthcare system.
• Experience educating patients, families, healthcare professionals, and community groups affected by rare diseases.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional efforts to educate patients, families/caregivers, HCPs, nurses, and advocacy groups about gene therapy and CSL Behring patient support offerings.
• Define best practices for patient engagement across the region.
• Collaborate with regional and internal teams to remove barriers to patient access.
• Act as a familiar point of contact for patients throughout their gene therapy journey.
• Provide in-depth education about gene therapy and respond to patient inquiries.
