Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BSN and 3–5 years’ experience in a hemophilia-related setting, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel ~50% for advocacy events and education sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 3–5 years experience in a hemophilia treatment center, patient-related organization or health care system.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional efforts to educate patients, families and healthcare professionals about gene therapy and CSL Behring patient support.
• Define best practices for patient engagement and access.
• Collaborate with regional and internal teams to address barriers to patient access and education.
• Educate patients and caregivers on CSL hemophilia products and services via phone, live/virtual meetings, and education programs.
• Document interactions in CRM systems to track activity and outcomes.
• Act as a subject matter expert on CSL Behring programs for the bleeding disorders community.
