Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to provide comprehensive, personalized support and education on gene therapy for the Hemophilia B community. You will educate patients, HCPs, and community members, guiding candidates through the gene therapy journey from initial education to post-treatment support.

This role requires strong interpersonal communication, regulatory awareness, and collaboration with regional teams to ensure access and patient satisfaction, with about 50% travel

Qualifications

• BSN required and current nursing licensure.
• 3–5 years in a hemophilia center or related patient services.
• Experience educating patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to translate scientific information for patients.
• Willingness to travel ~50% including evenings/weekends.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Experience with patient advocate responsibilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional efforts to educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals about gene therapy and CSL Behring patient support offerings.
• Define best practices for patient engagement across the region.
• Collaborate with regional and internal colleagues to address barriers to patient access.
• Serve as liaison between patients, treatment centers, and CSL Behring patient support teams.
• Act as a familiar point of contact for patients throughout their gene therapy journey.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide clear information about gene therapy.
