Qualifications

• BSN and current nursing license.
• Minimum 3-5 years in a hemophilia treatment center or patient-related healthcare.
• Experience educating patients, families, and clinicians on complex topics.
• Ability to travel up to 50% including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional efforts to educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals about gene therapy and CSL Behring patient support offerings.
• Define best practices for patient engagement across the region.
• Collaborate with regional and internal teams to identify and address barriers to patient access.
