Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to provide personalized education and support on gene therapy for the Hemophilia B community across the East Coast. You will educate patients, healthcare professionals, and families, guiding them through the treatment journey and CSL Behring patient support offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• 3-5 years in a hemophilia treatment center, patient-related org or health care system
• Experience educating patients, families, healthcare professionals and community groups affected by rare diseases

Responsibilities

• Lead regional education efforts for patients, families, healthcare professionals and advocacy groups
• Define best practices for patient engagement
• Collaborate to identify and address barriers to patient access
• Act as liaison between patients, treatment centers and CSL Behring patient support
• Provide education about gene therapy to patients and HCPs
• Escalate clinical inquiries to appropriate teams
• Document interactions in CRM systems per policies
• Educate on CSL hemophilia products and services via calls and meetings
• Be a subject matter expert for CSL Behring patient programs
• Report insights from patient community and support innovative services
