CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to educate and support the Hemophilia B community on gene therapy across the patient journey. You will be a trusted resource for patients, HCPs, and advocacy groups, guiding steps before treatment and sharing CSL Behring patient support offerings.

The role requires regional coordination, education delivery, and strong collaboration with field teams to improve access and awareness of gene therapy options, while ensuring regulatory and policy

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years in a hemophilia treatment center, patient-focused setting, or health care system.
• Experience educating patients, families, HCPs, and community groups about rare/genetic diseases.
• Ability to translate complex science into patient-friendly language.
• Willingness to travel ~50%, including evenings and weekends for advocacy events.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in field-based work.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• Experience in bleeding disorders community preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.

• Lead regional efforts to educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals about gene therapy and CSL Behring patient support offerings.
• Serve as a familiar point of contact for patients throughout the gene therapy journey.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide compliant, accurate information about gene therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on CSL hemophilia products and services.
• Document interactions and track activity in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with field and internal colleagues to improve patient access and engagement.
• Advise on program development and improve patient support solutions.
