Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to educate and support the Hemophilia B community on gene therapy. This remote, East Coast–focused role will guide patients and families through treatment journeys, collaborate with HCPs, and coordinate with field teams to address barriers to access.

You will educate patients, caregivers, and clinicians, respond to inquiries, and document interactions in CRM systems while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidance.

Qualifications

• Education and clinical background in nursing (BSN or higher).
• Experience educating patients, families, and healthcare professionals about complex therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional education efforts for patients, families, and healthcare professionals about gene therapy.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for patients throughout their gene therapy journey.
• Educate patients about CSL Behring programs and services via phone, live/virtual meetings, and patient education sessions.
• Escalate clinical inquiries to appropriate teams and document interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with field and internal teams to improve patient access and disease-state awareness.
• Promote early diagnosis and timely access to therapies through stakeholder engagement.
