Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Flex Nurse Educator to deliver remote patient education and provide in-field support during territory vacancies. This non-clinical role focuses on empowering patients to manage their disease and improve treatment adherence.

The candidate will work with IQVIA’s team to maintain privacy, adhere to protocols, and collaborate with District Managers across multiple territories. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (compact multi-state preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging platforms.
• Provide in-person education and support during territory vacancies, including home visits when needed.
• Maintain privacy and uphold educational standards and KPIs.
• Coordinate with District Managers and Field Leadership; participate in training and strategic planning.
