Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred.
• 5+ years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharma, or biotech settings.
• Proficient with virtual platforms, documentation, MS Office, and iPad technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-person education during territory vacancies, including home visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold KPIs and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership; assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
• Coordinate connections to program-approved, patient-based resources.
• Support patients throughout treatment and address access barriers.
