Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (compact multi-state preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must reside within the specified geography and country.
• At least 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills; ability to manage multiple territories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education and adherence support via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-person education only during territory vacancies, including home visits.
• Coordinate connections to program-approved resources and encourage dialogue with healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold KPIs and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership; assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
