Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (multi-state preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must reside within the geography; willingness to obtain additional licensure as needed.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with virtual platforms, documentation, MS Office and iPad technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic/video/email/SMS and secure messaging.
• Nurse Educators do not provide medical advice but support treatment adherence.
• Provide in-person education during territory vacancy coverage, home visits as approved.
• Facilitate connections to resources and coordinate with healthcare providers.
• Document activities, follow protocols, meet KPIs and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with District Managers, participate in training and onboarding.
