Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of clinical experience, and willingness to obtain multi-state licensure. Travel up to 50% may be required with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure.
• Must reside within the specific geography and be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-person education only during territory vacancies.
• Coordinate connections to program-approved patient resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with KPIs and protocols.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members as needed.
• Uphold program guidelines and compliant interactions with patients.
