Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Flex Nurse Educator to educate patients remotely and, when needed, in-field. The role supports adherence and education while maintaining privacy and high standards.

Responsibilities include delivering education, coordinating with healthcare providers, and mentoring new staff. Travel up to 50% is required; a California licensure note applies for certain time zones, and a valid US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; BSN preferred.
• 5+ years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharma or biotech.
• Proficient with virtual platforms, documentation and MS Office.
• Must reside in the United States and within the posting geography.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education and training via telephony, video and secure messaging.
• Provide in-person education during territory coverage, including home visits.
• Facilitate connections to program resources and promote dialogue with providers.
• Maintain documentation, follow protocols and meet KPIs and compliance.
• Collaborate with District Managers; participate in training and onboarding.
