Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Flex Nurse Educator to support patient education remotely and in-field when needed. This non-clinical, educational role empowers patients to manage disease and improve treatment adherence while maintaining strict privacy and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of clinical experience in relevant settings. Travel up to 50% is required, with a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state licensure may be required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must reside within the geography and have or obtain US RN licensure as needed.
• At least 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharma, or biotech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via phone, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-field education during territory coverage, including home visits when needed.
• Maintain privacy and high educational standards while educating patients.
• Coordinate connections to program-approved resources and facilitate dialogue between patients and providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with protocols and KPIs.
• Train and mentor new team members and collaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership.
• Educate patients on disease states and prescribed medications to improve treatment adherence.
• Support patient treatment journeys and address access barriers to promote health outcomes.
