Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP or PA from an accredited program.
• 3+ years of outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years of delivering virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority in collaboration with Physicians.
• Utilize remote exams and home monitoring tools for assessments.
• Participate in collaborative care with nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, and behavioral health clinicians.
• Attend meetings to support patient care, such as huddles and case conferences.
• Hold DNP/NP/ENP/PA credentials with relevant outpatient and virtual care experience.
