Job summary

Oscar Medical Group seeks a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Virtual Health Assessment team. This remote role supports Oscar Health Insurance members with virtual evaluations and management visits, with cross-training to assist Virtual Urgent Care as needed.

The position offers flexible 20 hours per week across evening and daytime shifts. Candidates must be licensed in two Oscar States and have recent outpatient experience, preferably in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with board

Qualifications

DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program.
Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States.
Must have FL License.
Preferred - TX, OH or NJ

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
Use prescriptive authority under a collaborative practice agreement with Physicians.
Follow up on labs, imaging, and communications with patients and providers.
Utilize remote exams and home monitoring tools for virtual care.
Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, and behavioral health clinicians.
Attend meetings to support patient care including huddles and All Hands.
Provide feedback to improve workflows and product features.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
