Qualifications

• Relevant experience in travel planning, tour operations, travel sales or a similar field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence preparing itineraries, calculating prices and coordinating bookings.
• A proactive approach to finding customers and developing partnerships.
• Excellent written and spoken English and knowledge of Norway as a destination.

Responsibilities

• Develop ready-made and tailor-made Norway itineraries, combining accommodation, transport, meals and activities.
• Build partnerships with international travel agencies and negotiate rates and terms with providers.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations and convert leads into bookings.
• Calculate tour prices and margins, coordinate reservations, and organise invoices.
• Support guests before, during and after trips, coordinating suppliers and changes.
• Suggest improvements to website, marketing activities and budget allocation.
