The Hershey Company is seeking a Customer Sales Executive for the Northeast Strategic Grocery to grow net sales, market share, and trade investments. You will lead customer business planning, develop relationships with member organizations, and use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and drive profitable outcomes.

As a key customer-facing partner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans, review performance, and deliver compelling customer solutions

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, category management, or related field.
• Experience using syndicated data and sales analytics tools to identify opportunities.

• Execute Customer Relationship and Business Planning Activities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Northeast Strategic Grocery member organizations and internal teams.
• Analyze sales performance, trends, market share, and promotional effectiveness using analytics tools.
• Manage trade funds and investments in compliance with policies and SOX requirements.
• Prepare business reviews, presentations, and category analyses translating insights into recommendations.
• Coordinate with planning, finance, supply chain, and retail teams for flawless execution of customer plans.
