Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience, including customer planning and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own profitable customer growth and achieve net sales objectives.
• Develop annual merchandising plans and Joint Business Plans.
• Use insights/tools (Tableau/IRI/PlanEx) to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead customer appointments and negotiate solutions that benefit both customer and Hershey.
• Allocate trade funds responsibly and ensure compliance.
