Job summary

BD Diesel Performance is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Northeast region, covering ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD and RI. You will visit current and potential customers to promote and sell our growing catalog while ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires travel to customer locations about three of four weeks each month and reports to the Sales Manager. Compensation includes a salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, PTO, 401(k) with 4% match,

Qualifications

• Collaborate with your manager to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
• Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve goals.
• Analyze and adapt to market trends and competitor activities.
• Travel to customer locations to demonstrate and advise on new product offerings.
• Annual trips to headquarters for product training.
• Provide feedback from customers to the sales team and engineering.
• Other duties as assigned by your manager.
