Job summary

BD Diesel Performance is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Northeast region. You will visit current and potential customers across multiple states to promote and sell our growing catalog of diesel performance products.

This role reports to the Sales Manager and requires travel to customer locations about three weeks per month. The compensation package includes a salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, 3 weeks PTO, a 4% 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare, a quarterly bonus,

Qualifications

• Collaborate with your manager to develop and execute sales strategies that align with goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
• Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve goals.
• Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuous product knowledge learning and training.

Responsibilities

• Visit current and potential customers in the Northeast region to promote and sell BD Diesel’s products.
• Travel to customer locations three out of four weeks per month.
• Provide feedback from customers to sales team and engineering teams.
• Introduce new product offerings to customers through demonstrations and consultations.
• Support and train customers on BD Diesel products and applications.
• Assist in market analysis and competitive monitoring.
