BD Diesel Performance is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to cover the Northeast region, including Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Rhode Island. You will visit current and potential customers to promote and sell BD Diesel's growing catalog of products and provide quality customer service.

This position reports to the Sales Manager and requires travel to customer locations three out of four weeks per month,

Qualifications

• Experience in territory sales management is required.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with goals.
• Strong relationship-building with key clients and high-value accounts.
• Proven ability to forecast sales targets and meet them.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
• Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve goals.
• Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide continuous product knowledge training to learn the product.
• Travel to customer locations for product training and demonstrations.
• Travel to customer locations three of four weeks per month.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Travel to customer locations to demonstrate and advise on new product offerings
• Provide feedback from customers to sales team and engineering
• Other duties as assigned.
