Coalition, Inc. is seeking an underwriting-focused professional to drive profitable business from a broker network across the Northeast, with remote flexibility and a NYC preference.

You will underwrite new and renewal accounts, manage products across Coalition’s portfolio, and act as a trusted partner to brokers and clients. Travel is required for broker relationships, client meetings, and market development, and you will collaborate with our security team to bring technical and portfolio

Formación

• Experience in commercial insurance or broker-facing environments.
• Ability to analyze underwriting and pricing risks using established guidelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with brokers and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite new and renewal accounts within authority and guidelines.
• Develop relationships with cyber specialists and P&C brokers as a trusted partner.
• Maintain underwriting files, documentation, and internal processes.
• Participate in broker/client meetings and present and justify underwriting decisions.
• Discuss coverage structure and wording with leaders on non-standard issues.
• Collaborate with Coalition’s security team to inform underwriting with portfolio insights.
• Provide feedback to improve underwriting guidelines, tools, and processes.
• Travel regularly for broker relationship management and client meetings.
