The role requires sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding, with experience in government staffing programs and VMS platforms such as Beeline or Fieldglass preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-IT recruitment and volume hiring.
• Experience with government staffing projects or programs preferred.
• Knowledge of VMS platforms and government staffing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume/volume hiring for non-IT roles including administrative, clerical, customer service, operations, and government projects.
• Coordinate multiple requisitions, build a strong candidate pipeline, meet bulk hiring targets and defined TATs.
• Conduct mass sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding for large candidate volumes.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
