Job summary

N2IA Technologies is seeking a Full-Time Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for federal, DoD, and commercial programs from intake through offers and onboarding. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, strong collaboration with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, experience with technical or government-facing roles, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in government contracting or technical environments.
• Experience independently managing multiple requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening experience.
• Experience recruiting technical, professional services, or cleared candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from position intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, qualifications, priorities, and hiring timelines.
• Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies based on position requirements and business needs.
• Create and post job opportunities across approved recruiting platforms.
• Review applications and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Support candidate selection, offer preparation, and onboarding.
• Ensure smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding.
